Gamified app aims to steady dizzy brains after concussion

Summary

This study tests if a smartphone app with games can help adults with dizziness after a mild concussion better than standard home exercises. 68 participants will do balance and eye exercises for 4 weeks, either with a paper handout or the app. Researchers will measure dizziness, balance, and walking before, after, and 3 months later.
