Robotic arms and eye trackers unlock secrets of stroke recovery

NCT ID NCT07254949

Summary

This study aims to better understand how problems with vision and body awareness affect a person's ability to move their arm after a stroke. Researchers will use robotic devices and eye-tracking technology to take very precise measurements from stroke survivors over six months. The goal is to learn how the brain changes after a stroke and what factors predict recovery, which could lead to better future treatments.
