First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study compares two minimally invasive surgeries for early-stage lung cancer: robotic-assisted and video-assisted (VATS). It aims to see which one gives patients a better quality of life after recovery and which is more cost-effective for the healthcare system. About 446 adults with stage I to IIIa non-small cell lung cancer took part. The results will help doctors choose the best surgical approach.
