Robot vs. doctor: which is better at finding lung cancer?
NCT ID NCT06962436
Summary
This study is testing whether a new robotic system is as good as the current standard method at getting a clear tissue sample from suspicious lung nodules. About 186 adults with these nodules will be randomly assigned to have their biopsy done with either the robotic system or a standard thin scope guided by a computer map. The main goal is to see if both methods are equally successful at providing a clear diagnosis.
