Summary

This pilot study tests whether a robotic system that gives personalized feedback can improve balance and reduce fall risk in older adults better than the standard Otago Exercise Programme. Participants aged 60 to 85 with mild balance issues will use either the Hunova robot or do standard exercises. The goal is to see which approach leads to better stability and walking ability.
