Robot surgeons battle open surgery in gallbladder cancer recovery race
NCT ID NCT06246448
Summary
This international trial is testing whether robotic-assisted surgery helps people with gallbladder cancer recover faster than traditional open surgery. About 94 patients will be randomly assigned to have either robotic or open surgery. Researchers will measure how quickly patients get back on their feet, their hospital stay length, complications, and quality of life.
