NCT ID NCT07467174
First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares two types of minimally invasive surgery for early-stage stomach cancer: reduced-port robotic surgery and conventional laparoscopic surgery. About 538 adults aged 20 to 80 with early gastric cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The main goal is to see if the robotic approach is as safe as the standard laparoscopic approach in terms of serious complications within 30 days after surgery.
