Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for stomach cancer that has spread to the abdominal lining. Doctors use a robotic system to perform minimally invasive surgery to remove visible tumors, then bathe the area with heated chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps patients recover faster with fewer complications compared to traditional open surgery.
