Robotic exoskeleton trial aims to boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether a robotic exoskeleton (Gloreha Sinfonia®) can improve arm and hand recovery in people who had a stroke within the past 3 months. 130 participants will be randomly assigned to get either robotic therapy plus standard rehab, or standard rehab alone. The goal is to see if the robot helps restore voluntary movement and coordination better than conventional exercises.
