Robots step into prostate surgery: new system under the knife
NCT ID NCT06668142
Summary
This study is testing a new robotic system designed to assist surgeons during a common procedure for an enlarged prostate. It will observe 54 men to see if the robot can successfully complete the surgery without needing to switch to a non-robotic method. The main goals are to check if the procedure can be finished with the robot and to monitor for serious complications afterwards.
