Robotic suit gets a vibration boost to help stroke patients walk again

NCT ID NCT07529054

First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests if adding a vibrating device (Vibramoov®) to robotic walking training helps stroke survivors walk better than robotic training alone. Forty adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will take part in a 4-week rehab program. The goal is to see if the vibration boosts the brain's movement signals and leads to longer, smoother steps.
