Robotic 'Exosuit' aims to help stroke survivors walk again

NCT ID NCT04818424

Summary

This study aimed to test whether a soft, wearable robotic suit could help people who have had a stroke improve their walking. The idea was to use the suit during high-intensity training sessions to help patients walk with better quality and for longer distances. Researchers wanted to see if this training led to lasting improvements in walking speed and function, even when the suit was not being worn.
