Robot vs. robot: the battle to diagnose lung spots
NCT ID NCT07411989
Summary
This study aims to see if two different robotic systems are equally good at getting accurate tissue samples from suspicious spots in the lungs. It will involve 346 adults who need a biopsy of a lung nodule. Researchers will randomly assign patients to have their procedure with one of the two robotic systems and compare how often each one successfully gets a clear diagnosis.
