Robot seat tested to ease chronic back pain

NCT ID NCT06662032

Summary

This study tested whether a robotic seat called LumbaCure® could help people with chronic low back pain when added to standard physical therapy. Fifty participants were split into two groups: one used the device during their therapy sessions, and the other did standard exercises. The main goal was to see if the device improved participants' ability to perform daily activities and reduced their pain more than standard care alone.
