Summary

This study aims to find out if using a robot to assist in keyhole surgery for early-stage uterine cancer is more cost-effective and leads to better recovery than standard keyhole surgery. It will involve 1,680 patients across France who are scheduled for a hysterectomy. Researchers will compare the costs, surgery times, complication rates, pain levels, and quality of life between the two surgical methods.
