First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether robot-assisted arm therapy or traditional physiotherapy works better for people recovering from a stroke. 58 adults who had a stroke within the past 6 weeks took part. Both groups did the same arm exercises for 6 weeks, but one group used a robot device while the other worked directly with a physiotherapist. The goal was to see which approach improves arm movement and muscle control more.
