Robots vs. humans: which therapy helps stroke patients more?

NCT ID NCT07425158

Summary

This study compared two types of hand therapy for people recovering from a recent stroke. Thirty participants each tried one session of conventional occupational therapy and one session using a robot-assisted device. Researchers measured pain levels, counted how many times patients moved their arms, and asked both patients and therapists which method they preferred.
