Robots guide tai chi to help stroke survivors regain arm movement

NCT ID NCT06897631

Summary

This study is testing if a new type of therapy—robot-assisted Tai Chi—is better than standard exercises for helping people regain arm and hand function after a stroke. Researchers will compare the two methods in 120 stroke survivors to see which one improves movement, strength, and daily independence more. The goal is to find a more effective way to help control the lasting effects of stroke.
