Robot classmates: new study sends kids with cancer to school remotely
NCT ID NCT07398677
Summary
This study tests a program to help children undergoing cancer treatment stay connected to their school. It uses remote-controlled robots so kids can attend class from home or the hospital, along with a dedicated school navigator for support. Researchers want to see if this approach helps kids keep up with schoolwork and maintain friendships during their treatment.
