Robots help stroke survivors walk again: new feedback system tested

NCT ID NCT07336667

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a summary of foot pressure information to a standard robot-assisted walking training program helps people who have had a stroke walk more evenly and improve their balance. Researchers will compare two groups of adult stroke patients over four weeks of training to see if the extra feedback leads to better results. The goal is to find the most effective way to use robotic technology in stroke rehabilitation.
