Robots take on cataracts: new study tests automated eye surgery

Summary
This study tests a new robotic system called ORYOM to help surgeons perform cataract surgery. About 20 people aged 55 to 80 who need cataract surgery will take part. The main goal is to see if the robot can safely complete the surgery without switching to a manual method.
