NCT ID NCT07576335

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a program of daily erectile medication, pelvic floor exercises, aerobic workouts, nutrition advice, and mental wellness techniques can help men recover erectile function and bladder control after robot-assisted prostate removal for prostate cancer. Sixty-four men across three Sydney hospitals will be randomly assigned to either the program plus standard care or standard care alone, and followed for one year. The goal is to see if this low-cost, at-home approach improves quality of life after surgery.
