Experimental RNA vaccine trial launches for children with recurrent brain cancer

NCT ID NCT07492316

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a personalized RNA vaccine approach for children and young adults with recurrent medulloblastoma, a type of brain tumor. Researchers will create vaccines from each patient's own tumor RNA to train their immune system to fight the cancer. The main goals are to see if the vaccines can be reliably made, find the safest dose, and check for side effects.
