Summary

This study is testing a new, personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor RNA. It aims to teach the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells in children and young adults whose aggressive brain tumors or bone cancer have come back. The main goals are to see if the vaccine is safe to make and give, and if it activates the patient's immune system against their cancer.
