Summary
This study tests a new drug called RMC-6236 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have specific RAS gene mutations. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 754 people will take part, and the drug is given by mouth.
