Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called RMC-6236 in adults with advanced solid tumors, including lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, that have specific RAS mutations. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can help control the cancer. It is for people who have few or no other standard treatment options left.
