Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug, RLY-8161, designed to block a specific cancer-driving protein called NRAS. It is for people with advanced melanoma or other solid tumors that have an NRAS mutation and have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
