NCT ID NCT07362342
First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at how the right side of the heart handles major lung removal surgery done through small cuts (VATS or robotic) compared to open surgery. It includes 100 adults with moderate to high heart or lung risks. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure heart function before and after surgery to see if the less invasive methods are gentler on the heart.
