Summary

This study is testing whether the drug rituximab can help improve thinking skills and hand function in people with advanced secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). Researchers will compare 46 participants with high disability—some receiving rituximab and some receiving a placebo—over one year. The main goal is to see if the drug can slow or reverse cognitive decline and improve hand coordination and quality of life.
