Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a combination of two drugs, rituximab and golcadomide, as a first treatment for older frail patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who cannot have standard chemotherapy. The study aims to see if this chemo-free approach can control the cancer and improve survival. About 47 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers in Italy.
