Could a cancer drug ease this rare nerve disorder?

Summary
This study tests if rituximab, a drug used for certain blood cancers, can help people with a rare nerve disease called Anti-MAG neuropathy. The disease causes progressive weakness and numbness. About 90 adults with early-stage disease will receive rituximab or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug improves daily activities and walking ability after 12 months.
