NCT ID NCT07549438

First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at people with a type of glaucoma who need a combined cataract and glaucoma surgery. The goal is to find out which patients are most likely to develop a rare but serious complication called ciliary block, where fluid builds up in the wrong part of the eye. Researchers will use special eye scans before surgery to measure the eye's structure and track patients for 12 months after surgery. The results will help surgeons take steps to prevent this complication and make the surgery safer.
