Summary
This study reviews medical records of children in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) to find out what makes them more likely to get or carry a hard-to-treat bacteria called CRE. Researchers will look at data from over 500 children to identify risk factors and understand the bacteria's traits. The goal is to help doctors prevent and manage these serious infections in the future.
