Summary
This study tests a personalized approach to stem cell transplants for adults with blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. The intensity of chemotherapy and radiation is adjusted based on each patient's risk level to try to improve survival and reduce side effects. About 60 participants will receive a donor stem cell transplant with this tailored conditioning regimen.
