NCT ID NCT06847074

First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a twice-weekly exercise program can improve sleep quality in people who had a stroke at least a year ago and currently have poor sleep. About 62 adults aged 55 and older will take part in a 6-month program. The goal is to see if exercise helps them fall asleep faster, sleep longer, and feel more rested, which could lower their risk of another stroke.
