Summary
This study tests a retreat program called RISE for nurse managers who are feeling burned out. The goal is to see if the retreat is practical and helpful for reducing stress and improving well-being. Sixteen nurse managers from AdventHealth will take part and fill out questionnaires about their burnout and stress levels.
