Summary

This study looks at whether giving people $20 monthly vouchers to use at a mobile produce market helps them eat more fruits and vegetables. About 150 adults in rural North Carolina who are at risk of food insecurity will take part. Researchers will measure changes in diet, weight, and blood pressure over time.
