Summary
This study tested a drug called riociguat in 10 adults who still had trouble exercising at least 6 months after surgery for chronic blood clots in the lungs. The goal was to see if the drug could improve blood pressure in the lungs and help patients walk farther. The study measured changes using heart catheterization and a 6-minute walk test.
