Summary
This study tested a drug called riociguat in 10 people who still felt short of breath during exercise at least 6 months after lung surgery for chronic blood clots. The goal was to see if the drug could improve lung blood pressure and heart function during exercise. Participants took the drug for 3 months and had heart tests and walking tests to measure changes.
