Summary

This study tested the safety of a drug called riociguat in 24 children aged 6 to 17 with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a rare condition where high blood pressure affects the lungs. The drug was given in doses adjusted for each child's age, sex, and weight. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it, with a long-term extension to monitor ongoing effects.
