Summary

This study tests a dental procedure for people with a narrow jawbone who need dental implants. Surgeons will split the bone, place the implant, and cover it with a special membrane made from the patient's own blood to help healing. The study will measure pain, gum thickness, and bone density in 10 adults over time.
