Summary

This study tested adding lenalidomide to a standard chemotherapy regimen (RICE) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that had come back after initial treatment. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors more effectively, allowing more patients to proceed to a stem cell transplant and potentially live longer.
