Summary

This study is testing whether taking rice bran supplements can help reduce the painful mouth sores that often develop when people with head and neck cancer receive radiation therapy. The trial will involve 80 adult patients undergoing radiation treatment. Researchers will give participants rice bran during their therapy to see if it lessens these side effects and improves their daily comfort and quality of life.
