First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding rhythmic music cues to treadmill walking with mental tasks improves walking ability and social life in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. 90 participants will be split into three groups: treadmill only, treadmill with cognitive tasks, or treadmill with both cognitive tasks and rhythmic cues. The goal is to see which approach best helps them walk safely and automatically in real-world settings.
