First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding rhythmic music cues to treadmill walking with thinking tasks improves walking ability and social participation in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. About 90 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three training groups. The goal is to see if the combined approach helps them walk more automatically and confidently in everyday settings.
