New study to map Real-World care for myelofibrosis and anemia

Summary
This study is a research platform that will follow about 200 people in Germany who have myelofibrosis (a type of bone marrow cancer) and anemia (low red blood cells). It will collect information on the treatments they receive, how their disease changes over time, and their quality of life. The goal is to better understand current care and outcomes, not to test a new drug.
