Summary
This early-stage study aims to check the safety and measure drug levels of an experimental medication called BMS-986454 in people with rheumatoid arthritis. The trial will enroll 46 participants whose arthritis didn't fully respond to standard methotrexate treatment. Researchers will primarily monitor for side effects while tracking how the drug moves through and affects the body.
