Blood test strategy may keep arthritis under control longer

Summary
This study tests whether regularly measuring drug levels in the blood (therapeutic drug monitoring) can help adults with rheumatoid arthritis maintain disease control and avoid flares. 350 participants on a standard arthritis medication will be followed for 18 months. Half will have their dose adjusted based on blood test results; the other half will receive standard care. The goal is to see if this personalized approach reduces flare-ups.
