New pill targets tough cancers in First-Ever human trial

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral medication called RGT-61159. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can help control tumors in adults with advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma or colorectal cancer that has returned or stopped responding to available treatments. The study will enroll about 105 participants to find the right dose and check for side effects.
