First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study tests whether a treatment that uses radiofrequency (a gentle heat therapy) together with pelvic floor muscle exercises can reduce vaginal dryness and other menopause-related symptoms in women who have had breast cancer. About 50 participants will receive either the active treatment or a sham (inactive) version, plus guided exercises, over six weekly visits. The goal is to see if the combination improves comfort and quality of life without serious side effects.
