New hope for tough leukemias: experimental pill targets genetic weakness

Summary
This study tests an oral drug called revumenib in people with certain types of leukemia that have relapsed or not responded to standard therapy. The trial has two parts: first, finding the best dose, then testing that dose in four groups based on leukemia type. About 447 participants will take part to see if the drug can shrink the cancer and how safe it is.
